WHO WE ARE:

Misty Bay Lodge is located in downtown Hoonah right on the bay. Originally from Washington State, owners Captain Dan and Hope Anderson both possess over 40 years of Alaskan experience in the tourism area. 

 

Our love for southeast Alaska led us to want to share the magic of Alaska with our guests. Our motto is that we offer our guests a "One Stop Alaskan Adventure" specifically tailored to each group. Want to fish? We got it! Want to go whale watching? We got it! Want to view our magnificent coastal brown bears? We got it! Want to take an eco-tour in our backyard, by vehicle or boat? We got it! Want to do it all? You can!

 

We also have a restaurant that offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily, including pizza, gourmet hamburgers, espresso coffee, ice cream, milk shakes and more.

 

Conveniently located within the lodge, our cozy gift shop features artwork, photographs and crafts by our talented local artisans.

 

Our comfortable lodging sleeps 8, in 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. There are 2 spacious bathrooms and washer/dryer. The lodge overlooks the bay where whales, sea lions and eagles are often spotted.
